  Ordered sun visor for my old Fiat Punto (hence used a breakers yard). Stressed the date my car was due to go to my local (ish) garage for various works to be done (5 days time), was assured visor would catch that day's post - it didn't! Arrived too late to be put on the day after the garage visit (imagine if it had been a part needed for major car works), grubby condition with a part missing, rang up as missing part should have been here today - apparently it's on its way. Despite civil emails from myself not so much as an apology from Bradgate Motors. My passengers continue to wear their sunglasses - avoid at all costs.
