Store not bad, all the service behind the scenes is shocking. Had 3 phones then cancelled them in store due to mis information, 3 months later after 4 calls to call centre they were still taking direct debits. Must have taken me 20 hours plus to sort out. Totally mixed messages from the call centre useless. Final straw was today after receiving a demand letter for payment.
